- Add 9 months since last menstruation
- Then add 7 (seven) days
- Add one year.
Mcdonald’s Method
- Is used to determine gestational age
- Measuring the fundal height in centimeters
- Start from top of the symphysis pubis to top of fundus.

Subtract 3 months (backtothefuture back in time, he says great Scott 3 times!) + 7 days NAEGELE (7 letters), then add 1 year ( 1 bear)
