Assessment on a patient with Pulmonary Edema

  • Restlessness
  • Dyspnea
  • Paroxysmal Cough
  • Tachypnea
  • Anxiety
  • Chest pain

Diagnostic Test

  • Chest X ray
  • ABG’s: Can be respiratory alkalosis & respiratory acidosis
  • On a hemodynamic monitoring: there is an increases in PAWP, CVP, PAP.
