ASSESSMENT:
Stool: bloody signs
Severe Diarrhea (15-20 stools a day).
Starts at rectal area and extend to bowels.

DIAGNOSIS:
Barium Enema
Sigmoidoscopy

INTERVENTIONS:
IV Therapy: Hydration
Semi fowlers position
Replace the lost fluid by increasing fluid intake.
Surgical treatment if necessary
High Calorie, High Protie, low residue diet.

SURGICAL PROCEDURES:
Colostomy
Ileostomy
