Heparin:
- Make sure to check the PTT
- Antidote is Protamine Sulfate
- can be safely given during pregnancy.
Coumadin
- Check the PT and the INR
- Antidote is Vitamin K
Magnesium Sulfate
- Antidote is Calcium Gluconate
